You can’t pay people to be phenomena; you are naturally phenomena when your abstracts are what they should be. Things like love, care, happiness, laughter, forgiveness, are what make you acceptable and appreciable. When your heart naturally releases these elements, they become visible in the mind’s eye to those who receive from you. It’s usually considered by some people that kindness and meekness are signs of weakness and foolishness. I heard a lady say to a man who happens to be the most brilliant and vibrant prof. in my university that he is too weak to make decisions for the faculty where he headed. She was just transferred to the department and has just had two meetings with him. Other lecturers laughed and walked away because they understood what she didn’t.

The prof. loves to make reasonable conclusions on issues by sleeping over matters before the final decisions are taken. He served the institution without any wrong decision taken against him or by him.
